Natural Black is Watching You

VP Records and Vizion Sounds Records

From Georgetown, Guyana to Kingston, Jamaica, Mortimer Softley is holding a serious dance in Kingston, Jamaica. And to get the settings just right, we must salute him as, Natural Black, the adopted son of Kingston, JA. On July 6, he presents his latest reggae single, “Eyes A Look”, in collaboration with VPAL Music and Vizion Sound Records.

From Natural Black’s delivery of the first note, we know the party is nice. Some are skanking, while, others are holding a meditative vibe with the high-grade sensei. No worries, and everyone is fresh and clean, even those dallying in on the bike back. And Miss Matty roast fish and breadfruit soon ready but no rush because the Red Stripe and Heineken are chill.

An old school vibe with am contemporary lyrical assassin. Delivered by an arrestable voice, so coarse it is seizing the ears and the mind. Yet, a smooth depth of talent exists to remind us Natural Black has the grit to perform this piece A Capella. But to nice up the dance, he stands firm in the musical composition with a commanding bass guitar and horn section. A nice groove for us to rock and come in to the dance. Long time since we have had this settled vibe. A marketable work in the universal world of reggae. Respect to worldwide financial and cultural success, son of Jamaica and Guyana, Natural Black.©
