Christopher Martin presents his latest reggae single, “Comeback.” Released by VP Records, April 2018, this song is a dynamic representation of the creative and cultural evolution of reggae music.

A refreshing composition that brilliantly fuses lyrical, musical, and vocal representation of reggae, pop, rock, and R&B. And extending this narrative is the creative, cultural and visual depiction concerning the power of collective ingenuity.

Christopher Martin’s delivery accentuates the reggae vibe on this universal sound. Powerful in illustrating that love, even tough love, liberates. And under its influential force of a positive relationship we can confidently take a more productive path.

As expertly captured by the team of RD Studios, in division and conventionality, all is desolate. No one and nothing thrives. Everyone simply exists in exhaustive isolation, even the idling bike.

Challenging the current visual and lyrical content that alcohol and sexual prowess is the driving force to success, this additional perspective is striking. And arguably, even for reggae and dancehall, this a brave move towards disrupting the traditional narratives. Respect to Neil Edwards, A&R of VP Records, for enlisting Martin in this liberating movement.

Martin seized our attention with his passionate vocals on “Under the Influence.” And we have been discussing his relentless work ethic and drive, especially after watching his performance at Love at Woodstock, 2018. Now, with this additional view of his talent, our gaze is fixed.

As well, respect to the producers, Llamar "Riff Raff" Brown and Robert Livingston. This production reflects their connectivity to the market. Without a doubt, the team sonically synthesized the current and predictive mindset of the next generation of reggae consumers.

Apart from anticipated high streaming numbers and radio rotation, we are also expecting sales in the European, Latin, Asian, and North American markets, including Hawaii.
